Uploading Files
1. The Customer opens your website in a browser and uploads files to a chosen recipient in your company. The files are then automatically compressed, encrypted and transferred to the FileFlow servers.
2. An email is sent to the recipient containing a hyperlink for downloading the files.
Downloading Files
3. The recipient simply clicks the link. The files are automatically decompressed, decrypted and downloaded to the chosen directory.
4. An email to confirm the files were downloaded is sent back to the sender.
