WebCourier is a Fileflow application that can be integrated into your web-site for receiving large file sets fast from your online associates.
It is much like a traditional file upload component but with support for exceptionally large filesets, and detailed centralized tracking of all files received. The filesets can be targeted at multiple people / departments in your organization, by making a simple choice from a drop-down menu.
The WebCourier can be customized with a DownloadManager to automatically retrieve and download received filesets to predefined destinations on your local harddrive.
Forutnately there are several ways of implementing WebCourier into your existing web-site.
- Add the applet code available under WebCourier -> Settings, in your MyFileflow account to integrate the WebCourier into an exisiting page on your homesite.
- Or add a link to your homepage, referencing the WebCourier as a stand-alone page. The URL for this link is also available in your MyFileflow account: WebCourier -> Settings.
- Or use either of the above implementations in combination with a frameset, iframe, greybox or other desired implementations you can think of.
To customize the appearance of your WebCourier, log on to your MyFileflow account and select Appearance from the WebCourier menu. NOTE: If you have a browser instance open and running the WebCourier, while applying the appearance changes, the browser must be exited completely and restarted before you will be able to see the new changes take effect.

The FastStore Clients are components of a larger solution (FastStore), where the clients role is to deliver files as swiftly as possible to a predefined recipient / location specified in your FastStore settings.
There are two scenarios: 1. The recipient of the client does not have an exisiting MyFileflow account In this case a new MyFileflow account is created, and the user receives additional information in his client notification email, containing necessary credentials / information to logon and access the products / client(s) immediately. 2. The recipient of the client already has a registered MyFileflow account In this case the user will simply receive a notification email of the new client, and the client is immediately available under "Clients" in the main menu of their MyFileflow account.
There are no physical limitations on how many clients you wish to deploy simultaneously on one application. It is reccomended however to not exceed 100 pr application so as to not loose your overview. The pricing of clients depend on several factors: the amount of clients purchased at once, the period (time) the clients are purchased for, and the level of support required.
