FastStore is a software package for transferring files quickly, easily and securely across the Internet. FastStore enables your customers and partners to send files to you via a simple drag 'n' drop interface.
FastStore automates the file reception process and transfers received files directly into your organisation's workflow. FastStore makes file transfer across the Internet as simple as moving files around your own network!
FastStore solves the well-known file transfer problems of email attachment size limitations, security and usability problems with FTP or the inconvenience of burning a CD and sending it by courier.

Why use FastStore?
 
With FastStore, entire folders can be sent in a background operation that is similar to moving files across your local network. FastStore provides complete job tracking through a configurable email notification system. FastStore uses SSL encryption for all file transfers. FastStore is available for both Mac and Windows, allowing cross-platform file transfers between these operating systems with no additional hardware required.

The FastStore software package consists of the following applications:

  • FastStore Client
    FastStore Client enables your customers and partners to send files to you. The user simply drags files or folders onto the application and writes a message to you. The fileset is then automatically compressed, encrypted and transferred to you.
  • FastStore Client manager
    The FastStore Client manager allows you to create, edit and manage your FastStore Clients through an intuitive interface. When you create a FastStore Client, an invitational email is sent to the user with instructions on how to get started with the FastStore Client software.
  • DownloadManager
    The FastStore DownloadManager automates the receiving process. Periodically polling the server, the FastStore DownloadManager will automatically download and decompress incoming jobs from your FastStore Clients. Flexible configuration options allow you to route filesets to the desired location in your workflow, whether it is directly into production or into a storage location for further review.
